• infringe intellectual property rights
• distribute spam, scams, or harmful software
• harvest personal data without consent
• use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• interfere with platform functionality or security

3. User‑Generated Content

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Bobseller a license to:

• display, distribute, and promote your listings
• modify or adapt content for display purposes
• use your content across Bobseller platforms

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful, accurate, and does not violate the rights of others.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use Bobseller to:

• sell illegal or restricted items
• engage in fraud or deceptive practices
• harass, threaten, or harm other users
• post adult, violent, or hateful content
• circumvent moderation or security systems
• create duplicate or spam listings

5. Moderation and Enforcement

Bobseller may take action at its discretion, including:

• removing content that violates policies
• suspending or banning user accounts
• limiting access to certain features
• requesting identity or item verification
• reporting illegal activity to authorities

We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so to maintain platform safety.

6. Transactions and Liability

Bobseller is not a party to transactions between users.

• we do not guarantee item quality, safety, or legality
• we do not verify buyers or sellers
• we are not responsible for disputes between users
• you assume all risks associated with transactions

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform or its users.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website and within the mobile application.
