User Agreement

• are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• agree to comply with all platform rules and U.S. laws
• understand that Bobseller is a user‑generated classifieds platform

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate and truthful information
• maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• use the platform only for lawful purposes
• ensure your listings comply with all platform policies
• respect the rights and safety of other users

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may NOT:

• post illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items
• engage in fraud, deception, or misleading behavior
• harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
• attempt to bypass moderation or security systems
• post adult, violent, or hateful content
• collect personal data without consent

4. User‑Generated Content

By posting content, you grant Bobseller a license to:

• display and distribute your listings
• modify content for formatting or safety purposes
• use your content across Bobseller platforms

You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it is lawful and does not violate the rights of others.

5. Transactions Between Users

Bobseller is not a party to transactions.

• we do not guarantee item quality, safety, or legality
• we do not verify buyers or sellers
• we are not responsible for disputes between users
• you assume all risks associated with transactions

6. Moderation and Enforcement

We may take action including:

• removing content that violates policies
• issuing warnings or restrictions
• temporarily or permanently suspending accounts
• requesting identity or item verification
• reporting illegal activity to authorities

Enforcement decisions are final and based on the severity and frequency of violations.

7. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate this Agreement or pose a risk to the platform or its users.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bobseller is not liable for:

• losses resulting from user interactions or transactions
• content posted by users
• technical issues, outages, or data loss
• actions taken based on user reports or moderation

9. Changes to This Agreement

This User Agreement may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website and within the mobile app.
